Donation Pickup


ReTAIL offers pickup service for larger donations that can't be dropped off at the store. 


*Items should be packed and ready to go.


*Pickups are scheduled for Mon-Tues-Wed.

Email pictures of furniture to for approval.


Please call 843-277-2010 to schedule a pick-up of your donations.



Donation Drop Off


Donations can be dropped at the store anytime during operating hours of

Monday-Friday 10am - 6pm

Saturday  10am - 5pm

Please bring items to our wire gate area in the back. If nobody is out there, please see someone inside or call to let us know you are here. 

We value our donations and the donors who bring them very much but we would like to remind everyone to please only bring donations during open hours. Unfortunately donations that get left after hours end up being rained on, thieves go through them and leave a mess, and bugs get into them as well. When that happens, we can no longer sell these items to help the animals of the Lowcountry.

Also, please do not leave them on the side of the building. Let us know you have donations and we'll be happy to bring them in for you.

Donations we accept include, but are not limited to the items listed below.

Washers/dryers, refrigerators, range tops, microwave ovens. Must be clean, in good working condition, and 10 years or less in age. 

Architectural items:

Columns, Mantels, Antique windows.


Recent hard cover, antique or collectible books.



Antique and vintage items.


Decorative Items:

Pictures, framed mirrors, pillows, candle holders, etc.


Electronic Equipment:

Receivers, speakers, CD players, & complete computer systems that work and are 5 years or less in age (excludes vintage receivers). We are not able to accept tv's unless they are newer, flat panel sets in good working condition or computer printers.

Flooring materials:

Rugs and runners bound and in good condition.



Upholstered or wooden furniture that is in good condition with no rips, tears, stains, or needing repairs.



Door, cabinet, etc hardware in usable, working condition, complete and free from rust.



Sets of dishes, silverware, glasses, 
pots/pans, and cookware.



Lamps, Wall or Ceiling mounted fixtures with mounting brackets, if applicable ,complete, and in working order.


Clean drapes, comforters, sheet sets, and towels all in good condition.



Working hand or power tools.
